Simultaneously, he takes pride in his full-time role as a Welder/Fabricator for the same local company as their daughter. He thoroughly enjoys the role of a grandpa to his new granddaughter, showcasing his commitment to both work and family.

Rusty Ethridge has joined Mother Truckers as a contractor to assist with donations and disposal removals, deliveries, and more as the company expands. A true outdoorsman, Rusty enjoys camping, hiking, and fishing in all four seasons. When he's not exploring nature, he appreciates the comfort of home, savoring a home-cooked meal before diving into a good book. His hardworking nature and passion for adventure make him a valuable addition to the Mother Truckers team.
